Note:

1. During installation, please be careful and pay attention to personal safety to avoid injury accidents during installation. At the same time, pay attention to the anti-rust protection of the main shaft, and avoid bumping the important installation surface of the main shaft during the installation process. During the assembly process, please conduct necessary anti-rust treatment on the main shaft cone surface and cone hole before work every day to prevent the main shaft from rusting and affecting the main shaft accuracy;

2. During the machine tool startup, the air seal device should be opened in the whole process. After the machine is shut down and the spindle stops rotating, the air seal device must remain for a certain time until no water or dirt runs into the spindle and the machine body is fully cooled;

3. It is recommended that the tool used for the spindle should be the tool that meets the dynamic balance grade within G2.5 of ISO1940 specification. The spindle surface should be cleaned regularly to avoid the dust blowhole or dust disk being blocked at the lower end of the spindle due to the accumulation of chips;

4. It is forbidden to strike the main shaft, shaft core end face, cone surface, etc. It is forbidden to use abrasive paper and grinding wheel for wiping and grinding.

5. When installing the main shaft horizontally, make sure that the drainage hole at the front of the main shaft is vertical and downward. It is strictly prohibited to spray air into the nose of the main shaft to prevent foreign matters from spraying into the main shaft;

6. The air-tight protection is provided with air-tight inlet (generally in the outer circle of the flange, which will be marked. The air-tight seal requires the air pressure at the inlet to be 0.3-0.4MPa, and the quality of compressed air must reach the level of 4.3.5 (GBT13277-91); The water and steam must be separated for more than two times, filtered and dried to ensure no impurities!)
